Please allow me to introduce you to… Strawberry Crushed Velvet

2oz Basil Syrup (recipe follows)
1 full Juiced Lemon
2oz Giffard’s Non-Alcoholic Bitter Concentrate
optional: 2oz The Woods Spirits Co. Arancello
6oz Callister Craft Soda Strawberry Soda

Add ice, basil syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and Arancello to a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass filled with ice and top with Callister Strawberry Soda. Garnish with a sprig of basil to get those amazing aromas!


Recipe for Basil Syrup

Add 100g simple syrup and 50g destemmed basil leaves to a blender and blitz until homogenous. Use a coffee filter to strain. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

Recipe for Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)
100ml Hot Water
100g White Sugar
Stir to dissolve.
