We currently offer five flavours of our craft sodas, each with its own personality that will delight, refresh, and brighten your day. Delve into delicious, decadent Raspberry Earl Grey, or simply spice it up with Ginger Beer, mixed or on its own.

Raspberry Earl Grey
Raspberry Earl Grey: Fresh Fraser Valley raspberries and premium loose-leaf Earl Grey tea are a match made in heaven. Black tea tannins and citrusy bergamot notes create the perfect balance to tart raspberry juice. Make tea time anytime. Pairs well with orange liqueurs, gin, or mezcal.
Hibicus Lemonade
Hibiscus Lemonade: Fresh, locally cold-pressed, organic lemon juice makes this soda really pop! Whole hibiscus flowers add a bright pink hue, with light berry and floral notes. A quenchable summer sipper and kids love it too!
Ginger Beer
Ginger Beer: Sharp, fresh, and bright, with just the right amount of ginger heat and lemon tang using only fresh ginger and 100% organic, cold-pressed lemon juice. Crisp refreshment at its finest. Great for pairing with sushi. Moscow mule, anyone?
Cream Soda
Cream Soda: Creamy, rich, and full of nostalgia, this craft version is made with 100% organic vanilla extract. It will get you right in the childhood.
Callister Soda Tonic Water
Tonic Water: Fresh organic citrus fruits give this tonic refreshing, punchy, tropical flavours unlike any other tonic you’ve ever had. Dry and slightly bitter, it is light enough to support any gin but strong enough to stand out on its own.

About

Established in 2015, Callister Craft Soda is made by Diana, and started from small beginnings at Callister Brewing. With firm roots in the brewing neighbourhood of Yeast Van, our sodas were born out of the movement toward supporting local, craft, and small independent businesses. Focused on unique flavours and cocktail inspired combinations, we wanted to create sodas that we actually wanted to drink. We already made and enjoyed local craft beer, why compromise on non-alcoholic options? We couldn’t find a soda that used real fruit juices, whole ginger, or organic citrus – just artificial flavourings and concentrates. Instead, we use the highest quality, freshest ingredients from local suppliers, supporting other local businesses and diverting waste from other juicing processes.
